This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume responsibility for product execution within a specified area and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to identify customer segments, validate solutions, and develop scalable products.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on user stories, acceptance criteria, and overall priorities.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage product launch operations, encompassing release planning, documentation, communication, adoption, and iterative improvements.
• Lead change management efforts for product initiatives, promoting feature adoption and governance.
• Establish and monitor success metrics, using data and insights to guide decisions and trade-offs.
• Operate independently within a dynamic environment to achieve results.
• 1–3 years of total experience.
• Previous product management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced settings is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive significant growth for B2B products.
• Experience in leading cross-functional sprint teams, including design, engineering, and QA.
• Familiarity with the product lifecycle, covering strategic visioning, discovery, and delivery.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the capacity to translate customer insights into product features.
• Proficient in utilizing user insights, data, and analytics for product decisions and roadmaps.
• Proven experience in owning and managing a product roadmap.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional, tech-enabled initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management and system rollouts.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations while managing competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must provide verification of legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
