Junior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze problems and assist in the advancement of product development.

• Provide support for Product, Projects, and Business initiatives.

• Develop PRDs, Product Briefs, and User Stories.

• Track product performance metrics, including churn, AARRR, NPS, and adoption rates.

• Engage with SaaS products, technology, and AI solutions.

• Collaborate independently, maintain organization, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some preliminary experience in Product, Projects, Business, or related fields.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• An analytical mindset and eagerness to explore issues.

• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and possess a strong sense of ownership.

• Authentic interest in technology, AI, and SaaS products.

• A high school diploma (secondary education) is required.

• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is beneficial.

• Understanding of IoT, telemetry, or connected hardware is a plus.

• Experience with PRDs, Product Briefs, and User Stories is an advantage.

• Awareness of metrics like churn, AARRR, NPS, and adoption is beneficial.

• Proficiency with Git and a basic understanding of REST APIs are a plus.
