This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Collaborate closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), taking a crucial, hands-on role in executing and optimizing our high-volume paid acquisition channels.
• Manage the complete User Acquisition process, encompassing campaign setup, creative iteration, data analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in the daily oversight of primary paid acquisition channels or Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
• Aid in developing scalable acquisition funnels by ensuring accurate tracking implementation and collecting data insights.
• Engage actively in the testing cycle by preparing new advertising concepts, organizing creative assets, and establishing audience tests.
• Track campaign and funnel performance utilizing essential tools (Voluum, GA4, internal dashboards) and quickly report any significant changes or performance anomalies.
• Extract, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) to facilitate weekly and monthly strategic assessments.
• Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards as necessary.
• Assist in the creative briefing process by collecting performance data and communicating necessary asset modifications and successful strategies to the content team.
• Partner with Product and Content teams to support the launch and testing phases for landing pages, with an emphasis on enhancing conversion rates.
• Establish initial connections with key traffic source representatives, aiding the Senior team in managing communications and reporting performance metrics.
• Research and document potential new acquisition avenues (networks, formats, tools, etc.).
• Keep abreast of platform regulations, policy updates, and algorithm changes.
• Implement daily campaign adjustments necessary for budget growth while continuously monitoring data to maintain cost targets (CAC/ROAS).
• Your analysis and actions will directly influence our objective of expanding from 40 million to 100 million users.
• Manage the foundational setup (tracking, ad setup) essential for successfully testing and launching entirely new advertising platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and funnels to uncover opportunities for enhancing campaign efficiency.
• Transform performance data into clear recommendations for our creative team and ensure the new ad concepts are effectively launched and tracked.
• At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition is required.
• Familiarity with the fundamental structures of major advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) is essential.
• Quick adaptability to learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for effective ad hooks, with comfort in data handling and Excel for translating data into creative briefs.
• Understanding of basic online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA).
• Exposure to any analytics or tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Voluum, or basic platform reporting setups) is beneficial.
• Experience in sensitive or regulated sectors (e.g., dating, femtech, telehealth, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English and capable of clearly expressing thoughts and findings.
