• Facilitate the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, probation monitoring, performance evaluations, and offboarding.
• Ensure accuracy in HR documentation and employee data management.
• Aid in the implementation and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
• Offer first-level assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Support managers in fostering team engagement, tracking performance, and enhancing employee experience.
• Assist in coordinating performance reviews and feedback cycles.
• Gather and analyze fundamental HR data, such as surveys and engagement metrics.
• Contribute to internal communications, including announcements, content creation, and the upkeep of internal channels.
• Help with employee engagement initiatives, including events, presentations, and recognition programs.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in HR or related roles such as Junior HR Manager, Recruiter, or Sourcer.
• Fundamental understanding of HR processes.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in organizing and managing engagement activities will be seen as advantageous.
• A keen interest in HR and people development.
• Proficient in English and Ukrainian at an upper-intermediate level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• HR-related certifications or coursework will be regarded as a plus.
