This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute recruitment and selection for high-volume call center roles, ensuring diversity is prioritized in all procedures.
• Lead group activities for behavioral evaluation of candidates.
• Review résumés to pinpoint potential candidates for available positions.
• Conduct sourcing and headhunting of qualified individuals through various recruitment channels and social media platforms.
• Proactively assist in large-scale selection initiatives, introducing innovation and efficiency to group processes.
• Utilize MS Office proficiently, with particular emphasis on Excel, to aid in data organization and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree attained or currently pursuing;
• Must be located in one of the following areas: São Paulo and Greater Metropolitan Area, Curitiba/PR, Fortaleza/CE, or Rio de Janeiro/RJ;
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment and selection is crucial; experience in call centers is advantageous;
• Familiarity with ATS, preferably Gupy.
