Junior Payment Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders on the client's side.

• Gain a deep understanding of client business models, operational workflows, and payment-related requirements.

• Track and predict essential payment performance indicators.

• Develop actionable plans for the assigned clients.

• Work alongside PSP Business Development, Technical teams, Business Account Managers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and achieve successful results.

• Relay client needs and feedback to internal teams.

• Spot opportunities to enhance account management processes and execute initiatives that boost efficiency and service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in client-facing roles that involve relationship management, account management, or customer success.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (B2 or higher).

• Native-level proficiency in Russian.

• Solid understanding of the IT sector and essential business processes.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• A proactive attitude with a keen desire to learn and develop professionally.

• Nice to Have: Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Provider (PSP) environments. Previous experience in account management. Familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming sector. Basic knowledge of platform functionality and familiarity with Devcode.
