This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• The Junior Partnerships Manager collaborates closely with the Strategic Partnerships Lead and takes charge of implementing the partner ecosystem at Synera.
• Responsible for preparing for partner meetings, developing and refining collaboration models (joint go-to-market strategies, partner delivery frameworks, co-selling mechanisms), and establishing internal processes that connect partners with the appropriate Synera team members.
• Monitor partner activities, deal registrations, scheduled discovery calls, joint proof-of-concepts, and compile this information into actionable reports.
• Over time, this role evolves to become the essential operational support for the partnerships function, facilitating its growth.
• Possesses analytical and structured thinking, capable of deconstructing complex situations into clear frameworks or processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus).
• Demonstrates a proactive work style, taking initiative on tasks without needing external motivation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment characterized by ambiguity.
• Able to quickly synthesize information and produce concise, well-structured documentation.
• A background or degree in engineering is advantageous (Nice to have).
• Internship experience in strategy consulting or business development is preferred (Nice to have).
• Familiarity with engineering software environments is a plus (Nice to have).
• An interest in AI, automation, or engineering technology is desirable (Nice to have).
