This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated game provider partners, fostering daily communication and establishing robust working relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner inquiries and guarantee the seamless technical and commercial implementation of agreements.
• Evaluate and scrutinize partnership agreements, confirm commercial terms, and initiate contract modifications when necessary.
• Oversee adherence to agreed-upon commercial conditions, ensuring that handshake agreements and contractual obligations are upheld by all parties involved.
• Assess partner performance, profitability, and commercial metrics, offering suggestions to enhance revenue and partnership value.
• Organize and coordinate promotional initiatives with partners and clients to support commercial goals.
• Gather and maintain data regarding game providers, including game features, licensing requirements, due diligence processes, and other partnership-related information.
• Assist Partnership Manager Assistants with financial calculations, validate monthly reports, pinpoint calculation discrepancies, and contribute to the enhancement of reporting processes.
• Engage in product development discussions by providing market insights and partner feedback.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, Partnership Management, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret commercial data effectively.
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms and confidently managing complex conversations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders while maintaining a positive and collaborative demeanor.
