Junior Partner Account Manager – Portuguese, English, Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support in managing and developing partnerships

• Assigning tasks for outsourcing and delegating them to teams, including creating guidelines

• Communicating with partners and gathering their feedback

• Overseeing the project related to news channels

• Addressing partner inquiries (common questions, onboarding assistance)

• Providing support in all CRM chats

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, and communication skills) - B2+

• Proficient in Russian - C1+

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Background in negotiations, working with contractors and partners, and handling claims

• Experience with Google Workspace
