This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Routine and Productivity Management: You will be tasked with organizing and planning your prospecting, qualification, and follow-up activities using HubSpot, ensuring the CRM is kept updated and maintaining the discipline necessary for remote work.
• Active Prospecting: Sustain a steady volume of activities, primarily through calls, supplemented by emails and WhatsApp communications.
• Consultative and Personalized Approach: Establish rapport with contacts, fostering human connections that facilitate discussions and help to overcome any resistance.
• Objection Handling: Address common objections by utilizing strong arguments regarding Flash’s unique advantages and the value of our solution.
• Opportunity Prioritization: Focus on leads that exhibit the highest potential.
• Demonstrated experience in active prospecting (OUTBOUND), with a background in pre-sales aimed at generating new leads from the ground up and exploring new markets.
• Experience in making cold calls and managing a substantial volume of daily activities, with a primary focus on phone communication.
• Outstanding organization and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to independently and efficiently plan and structure your work routine.
