This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Assist with global onboarding and identity verification (KYC) processes by collaborating with internal systems and teams.
• Track and evaluate service-related cases and issues reported internally, pinpointing trends and opportunities for enhancing processes.
• Work together with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure effective management of platform-related requirements.
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of internal knowledge resources, including FAQs, SOPs, and documentation for both new and existing features.
• Offer operational support and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Fluent in both verbal and written Mandarin and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Capability to think independently, resolve new challenges, and propose improvements.
• Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking abilities.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
• Previous experience in customer service operations, risk management, or similar positions in traditional finance or crypto is preferred.
• Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is considered a plus.
