Junior Operations Backoffice Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for preparing and verifying final settlements following the four-eyes principle, ensuring that all settlement items are traceable, and guaranteeing a consistent, error-free processing experience.

• You manage customer complaints and disputed damage cases independently, evaluate facts in a systematic manner, and coordinate with the Legal department or external attorneys when necessary.

• You serve as the operational link among Customer Care, Active Fleet, B2B, Damage Management, and Legal, ensuring a seamless flow of information and clear responsibilities throughout the process chain.

• You proactively monitor tickets and cases, detect recurring error patterns at an early stage, and suggest well-informed improvements to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the defleeting process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial professional experience in commercial administration, customer support, coordination, or a similar back-office role.

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office administrator, automotive sales clerk) or an equivalent qualification.

• A high level of care and attention to detail, allowing you to identify errors before they escalate into problems.

• A structured and reliable working style that enables you to maintain an overview, even with multiple open cases.

• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., Zendesk, office programs, dashboards).

• Excellent German language skills (C2) and good English skills (B2).
