Junior Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather and synthesize management reports;

• Track process quality utilizing dashboards and KPIs;

• Recognize opportunities for operational enhancements and optimization;

• Conduct data analyses to produce strategic insights;

• Assist in decision-making by creating reports and presentations;

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence and achieve business outcomes.

• Proven experience in preparing and presenting data, reports, and dashboards;

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level;

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;

• Strong teamwork skills;

• Capability to learn and adjust to new processes and tools.
