Junior Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Guide new T4 and T5 tier customers through the complete MoeGo onboarding process from initiation to launch.

• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and Q&A calls to promote early product usage.

• Oversee a portfolio of onboarding accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.

• Record customer configurations, progress, and outcomes in CRM and project management systems.

• Identify and escalate risks or obstacles that may affect the customer experience.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of onboarding playbooks, resources, and processes.

• Work cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Sales teams to address customer issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (such as onboarding, customer success, support, or a similar position).

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

• Comfortable with technology platforms and quick to adapt to new software.

• A customer-first approach with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.

• Preferred: Experience with SaaS platforms or in a tech startup environment.

• Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Monday.com.

• Preferred: Background in the pet care, grooming, or service industry.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales or product teams.
