This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Calculate nursing-care reimbursement rates and investment-cost rates for residential care facilities, collaborating with the team for further development.
• Evaluate cost, staffing, and pricing information.
• Present materials for decision-making and negotiations in a clear and user-friendly format.
• Assist in reimbursement negotiations with long-term care insurance providers and social assistance agencies.
• Gradually assume suitable processes independently following the onboarding period.
• Provide support to Controlling and care facilities regarding reimbursement-related inquiries.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses.
• Ensure the pricing database is maintained with accuracy and reliability.
• Contribute to projects aimed at standardizing and digitizing nursing-care reimbursement management.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Nursing-Care Reimbursement Management, Controlling, and facility leadership.
• Completion of commercial training, a degree in business, social, health, or nursing sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• A passion for working with numbers and the capability to analyze business relationships systematically.
• Proficient in the use of Excel.
• Skilled at evaluating data transparently and presenting results clearly.
• Attention to detail and a reliable working style.
• Enjoyment in collaborating with various specialist departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in German.
• Initial experience or familiarity with the care or social services sector, Controlling, or cost accounting is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Book XI or Book XII of the German Social Code (SGB XI/SGB XII) is beneficial.
• Initial experience in preparing for or assisting with reimbursement negotiations is a plus.
• 100% remote work available within Germany.
