Junior-Mid Media Client Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee client project deliverables from inception to completion.

• Provide remote and onsite consultation and support.

• Facilitate workshops to ascertain how media planning and buying products align with client needs.

• Document any product gaps detected during client interactions.

• Develop integrations with media platforms utilizing API technology.

• Collaborate closely with the product owner to ensure design and development accuracy.

• Showcase products during demonstration sessions for client users.

• Test products and report any bugs identified.

• Conduct training sessions for product users.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing and approve completed product modifications.

• Manage deliverables in accordance with established deadlines, budgets, and the product roadmap.

• Contribute to departmental performance metrics and the growth of the team.

• Adhere to company and departmental protocols and procedures.

• Proficiency in an additional local language is a bonus, but not mandatory.

• Experience in digital and traditional media, digital media platforms, advertising/media industry, financial systems, SQL, databases, tertiary qualifications, online courses, or Chase products is beneficial but not essential.
