Junior Marketing Graduate – Influencer and Social Media Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Operations Manager in the initiation and oversight of influencer marketing campaigns.

• Guarantee the effective execution and communication of influencer campaigns.

• Evaluate influencers for brand safety, audience alignment, and compliance.

• Oversee influencer communication throughout the vetting and content review processes.

• Assess and approve influencer content in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Monitor campaign timelines and keep internal teams informed.

• Arrange campaign content and provide administrative assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1).

• Knowledge or experience in marketing, social media, or influencer marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, international business, or a related field.

• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and focused on processes.

• Experience in influencer/creator operations or similar marketing positions.

• Previous use of project management tools like Monday.com.

• Understanding of U.S. social media trends and platforms.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.

• Proactive and team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and develop.

• A secure and quiet workspace with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps.

• Initial onboarding requires the use of your own computer.

• Ability to align work hours with U.S. Eastern Time during Daylight Savings.

• Must be a citizen of the Philippines.
