Junior Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and launch email campaigns, including newsletters and individual dispatches.

• Oversee email production, segmentation, and personalization to guarantee the appropriate message reaches the intended audience.

• Track and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, providing recommendations for enhancements.

• Ensure database integrity and list management within Pardot, focusing on deduplication, standardization, segmentation, and ongoing data maintenance.

• Uphold data governance standards to maintain accurate and usable lead and contact data across various systems.

• Create and implement forms and landing pages using Pardot.

• Assist in developing and maintaining nurture and lifecycle email workflows within Pardot.

• Aid in platform configuration and maintenance under the supervision of the Manager, Digital Experience.

• Oversee the integration between Pardot and the CRM, as well as the lead scoring model, highlighting necessary adjustments for review.

• Generate and sustain regular reports on email performance and database health.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field; internship experience is welcomed.

• Familiarity with Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms; experience with Pardot is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient in handling data within spreadsheets and databases.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and A/B testing.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience (preferred qualification).

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and an understanding of how marketing and sales data are interconnected (preferred qualification).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates (preferred qualification).

• Experience with WordPress (preferred qualification).

• Familiarity with lead scoring or lifecycle marketing concepts (preferred qualification).
