Junior Manual QA Engineer, Web, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing of web applications utilizing API tools and databases.

• Evaluate marketing logic, personalization processes, and A/B testing experiments.

• Execute smoke, sanity, and regression tests for web applications.

• Develop test documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and checklists.

• Engage in SCRUM and SDLC methodologies.

• Collaborate with backend and mobile teams on cross-platform functionalities.

• Investigate and document bugs with precise reproducibility.

• Create and maintain testing reports.

• Offer suggestions to enhance testing efficiency and quality.

• Perform functional testing for new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in manual testing of web applications, including familiarity with API testing tools and databases.

• Experience in cross-platform/browser testing (web, iOS, Android).

• Hands-on experience with databases.

• Practical experience in API testing.

• Familiarity with test management systems like Qase, TestRail, or similar platforms.

• Proactive, quick to learn, and possess strong critical thinking skills.

• Well-organized and results-driven.

• Proficient in English at an Intermediate level or above.

• Experience with MongoDB Compass is a plus.

• Familiarity with proxy debugging tools such as Charles, Fiddler, or Proxyman is advantageous.

• Experience in marketing-related testing is a bonus.
