This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• A critical factor in mobilizing growth capital is an Investor Relations team that connects with the appropriate investors at the optimal time — providing relevant insights, seamless processes, and opportunities for personal interaction.
• The primary responsibility of the Junior Manager Data & Operations – Investor Relations is to manage and enhance our Salesforce infrastructure, as well as to oversee the digitization of data-driven investor outreach and the execution of campaigns.
• This position is part of the Investor Relations team and does not entail direct outreach to investors — instead, you will establish the operational groundwork for effective Investor Relations management.
• In your daily tasks, you will be responsible for automated investor campaigns, along with conducting research and data analysis for both internal and external reporting needs.
• You will take ownership of the digitization of investor outreach — gradually transitioning manual processes to digital solutions and tools (e.g., campaigns).
• You will manage the administration and further enhancement of our CRM infrastructure (Salesforce) — overseeing everything from segmentation and tracking to reporting, as well as analyzing and integrating additional data points.
• You will independently handle CRM development projects in sprints: planning, prioritizing, implementing, and ensuring quality.
• You will identify and introduce AI-supported tools to improve process efficiency.
• You will prepare, execute, and analyze campaigns targeting investors on investment opportunities and events.
• You will continually research new impact investors to build a solid sales foundation for our IR managers.
• You will analyze data from the investor network for both internal and external reporting purposes.
• A university degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Information Management, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Initial professional experience (including internships) in one or more of the following fields: CRM management, account-based marketing, data analysis, operations, project management, or start-up environments.
• A strong focus on implementation with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with a keen interest in their ongoing development and automation.
• A strong affinity for and initial experience with automation and/or AI tools.
• A high level of quality awareness and a strong inclination towards numbers and data.
• Professional proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional written and spoken skills in both German and English.
• A strong commitment, team-oriented mindset, and intrinsic motivation for social and environmental solutions.
• Flexibility for business travel within Germany for occasional team meetings.
• Collaboration with the entire expert team at FASE in a respectful and dynamic company culture.
• An exciting, impactful role across FASE’s diverse range of activities, offering a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and a healthy work-life balance.
• The chance to explore the forward-looking field of impact finance, contribute to enhancing social and environmental solutions, and deepen your understanding of impact.
• As a remote-first team, we provide a high level of flexibility, allowing you to choose your location within Germany.
• We encourage regular communication and strengthen team connections through in-person onboarding sessions and frequent offsite meetings.
