Junior Loan Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee App Submissions: Manage incoming “App Submitted” emails and establish Encompass files in accordance with LO Lead Notes.

• Review File Set-Up: Conduct a comprehensive assessment when applications and documents are received from clients. This includes ordering credit reports, arranging documents in Encompass, and rectifying obvious errors on client applications.

• Acquire Documents: Secure the necessary Evidence of Insurance (EOI), Verification of Employment (VOE), and Homeowners Association (HOA) documents as requested by the Loan Team.

• Ensure Document Accuracy: Verify that all order outs and other essential documents are precise.

• Track Files: Keep a comprehensive tracker for all files, including pending items, to guarantee that no file is overlooked.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the US Mortgage Industry: Required.

• Experience with Order Outs: Required.

• Familiarity with Encompass: Preferred.

• Knowledge of Office Applications: Required.

• Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in communication.

• Team-Oriented Personality: Individuals who are resourceful and possess a strong sense of urgency tend to excel in this position.
