Junior Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Drafting, reviewing, modifying, and negotiating non-strategic commercial agreements

• Addressing various legal tasks

• Conducting legal research and analysis

• Delivering opinions and summaries on corporate, labor, contract, and other legal matters pertinent to the company’s operations

• Assisting internal information systems, which includes managing document storage, updating data maintained by the Legal Office, and distributing incoming tasks

• Aiding the Legal Office by performing minor assignments

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English

• Strong analytical abilities

• Keen attention to detail

• Relevant professional experience (e.g., work, internship, pro bono)

• Internship experience or at least 0.5 years of relevant experience
