This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and enhance relationships with key accounts in the Southern region.
• Foster long-lasting, trust-based relationships with customers.
• Assist in contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
• Prepare, track, and evaluate quotations.
• Assess customer needs and discover new business opportunities.
• Facilitate coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Organize and execute customer meetings and presentations.
• Provide support for tender processes and sales initiatives.
• Maintain and document customer and sales information in the CRM system.
• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities.
• Completion of commercial training or a degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in sales, key account management, or logistics is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Professional and confident demeanor when interacting with customers and business partners.
• Strong organizational capabilities and a methodical, independent working style.
• Proficient negotiation abilities and analytical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Southern region; a company car and flexible working options are provided.
