This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships with customers at all organizational tiers, from technical project teams to senior executives.
• Assessing and prioritizing specific customer requirements.
• Designing, coordinating, and executing focused sales strategies.
• Growing existing key accounts to achieve sustainable revenue growth within the automotive industry.
• Discovering new business opportunities and applications in the automotive sector.
• Presenting customized solutions that offer distinct value to customers.
• Tracking and evaluating market trends and competitor activities.
• Fostering strong customer relationships through active involvement in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Overseeing and coordinating multiple customer projects in close partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Independently planning and organizing personal sales activities from a home office.
• Participating in regular coordination meetings in Kortrijk (BE) or Bayreuth (DE).
• Completed a technical or business-related degree or vocational training with relevant additional qualifications.
• Initial professional experience in capital goods sales, project management, or business development.
• Knowledge of the automation and/or automotive industry, as well as experience in selling technically sophisticated products.
• Proficient in Dutch, German, and English for negotiation purposes.
• A high degree of initiative and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results.
• Ability to comprehend complex systems and swiftly identify customer needs.
• Strong motivation for sales and competence in actively developing markets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the sales region (3–4 days per week).
• Residing in the Netherlands / Western Germany region or readiness to relocate.
• Company car, available for personal use as well.
