Junior Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a variety of public sector accounts

• Recognize customer needs and create new opportunities from them

• Formulate strategic and innovative commercial concepts at the C-level

• Collaborate with Swisscom departments to design solutions that meet customer needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (University / University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or Business/Economics

• Proficient in engaging and negotiating at the C-level and with specialized departments within a bank

• Familiarity with the ICT ecosystem and processes within the public sector

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, German, and English

• Highly independent with a proactive approach

• Confident presence with a strong sense of accountability

• Resilient, empathetic, and a team player

• Sociable personality that actively seeks interaction with others
