β€’ Cultivating lasting and growing relationships! – You will serve as the primary contact for your partners, driving growth by ensuring the long-term success of collaborations through attentiveness to their concerns and continual optimization of their recruitment processes.

β€’ Engaging participation! – You will take charge of actively shaping the candidate sourcing process from the initial match to successful placements.

β€’ A match-maker with a purpose! – You will facilitate negotiations between candidates and employers to secure the best offers for both parties, thereby enhancing long-term partnerships.

β€’ Expand existing clients and promote cross-selling! – You will proactively strengthen current relationships while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.

β€’ Strategic support for partners – You will assist partner companies in enhancing their recruitment strategies and ensure that profiles and job postings are current.

β€’ Effective communication – You will conduct regular feedback sessions and collaboratively develop tailored solutions with your partners.

β€’ Proactive problem-solving – You will identify challenges early and devise customized solutions.

β€’ Performance analysis and reporting – You will evaluate the performance of your key accounts and propose optimized recruiting processes.

β€’ Goal-oriented candidate placement – You will ensure that our partner companies attract the right healthcare professionals.
