Junior Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate connections between our sales partners and the headquarters in Windhagen (Rhineland-Palatinate), particularly for consultancy-heavy projects and daily operations.

• Aid in the strategic development and enhancement of the customer-facing sales process and partner development initiatives within the designated federal states.

• Engage in ensuring a seamless process flow from quotation preparation to order fulfillment and the proper delivery of our products.

• Conduct systematic and ongoing analysis, optimization, and expansion of assigned key accounts.

• Assist in organizing, executing, and following up on trade shows and end-customer events.

• Help draft and implement partner agreements, as well as sales and pipeline reports to facilitate sales forecasting.

• Participate in industry meetings, committees, networks, and association activities, including international sales and marketing gatherings.

• Provide substantial on-site support and assist in the development of our national sales partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration or equivalent commercial/technical training with relevant additional qualifications.

• Basic knowledge of IT technology/video technology or a corresponding technical inclination.

• Initial experience in service or sales, particularly in supporting sales partners.

• An open personality with a strong focus on customer and solution orientation.

• Fluent business-level German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems and the Navision ERP system is preferred.
