Junior IT Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified IT candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social media, and networking for both contract and permanent roles across a variety of technologies.

• Evaluate resumes, perform initial technical assessments, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment; create a shortlist of suitable candidates based on client needs.

• Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and client organizations; offer interview preparation assistance and collect feedback from both sides.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey; provide updates, manage negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Keep an extensive candidate database, monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality), and ensure all documentation and compliance standards are fulfilled for placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.

• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring with a proven history of successful placements in software development, testing, or IT infrastructure positions.

• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies including Java, Python, .NET, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Science, Mobile Development, and emerging tech stacks.

• Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms such as Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of engaging with technical candidates, understanding their career aspirations, and effectively pairing them with appropriate opportunities.

• Results-oriented mindset with robust organizational skills; adept at managing multiple job openings concurrently, meeting deadlines, and achieving monthly placement goals.
