This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Foster relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Build rapport and sustain positive working relationships with distribution partners.
• Assist in sales activities and collect pertinent market feedback.
• Identify sales opportunities and escalate as necessary.
• Present information in a well-organized and structured manner.
• Monitor distributor performance metrics and recognize trends.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
• Handle administrative tasks and follow-ups effectively.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
• Assist with forecasting, compliance, and operational needs.
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Collaborate across functions with the EMEA iDPam, EMEA DPam, Channel Team, Distribution Marketing, Distribution Operations, and regional sales teams.
• Cultivate expertise in distribution partnerships, channel strategies, regional operations, and sales enablement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in connecting with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and maintain positive working relationships.
• Familiarity with basic sales processes and distribution models.
• Capability to support sales activities and gather relevant market insights.
• Developing understanding of reseller channels and revenue contributions.
• Skill in identifying sales opportunities and escalating as needed.
• Proficient in clear, professional verbal and written communication in both German and English.
• Ability to present information in a well-organized and structured format.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Proficient in tracking distributor performance metrics and identifying trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
