• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers to explore additional funding opportunities.
• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to assist them with new financing applications.
• Assess client needs and connect them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gain insights on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep precise and current lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Showcase resourcefulness and creativity in addressing challenges and completing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by passing along qualified prospects for closing.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Starting pay - $15/hr plus shift differential (additional $1/hr for nights and weekends).
• Paid training - typically lasts 1 week from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST).
• Benefit eligibility begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
