• Perform extensive outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional funding.
• Interact through phone, email, and text to support previous clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with past customers to gain insights on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep precise and current lead statuses recorded in the CRM system.
• Exhibit ingenuity and resourcefulness in solving problems and completing tasks.
• Work in collaboration with Senior Sales Representatives by referring qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a successful history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building with the ability to quickly create rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized with a strong process-oriented mindset.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - typically one week in duration from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (MST).
• Status - Full-Time, 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
