This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Execute high-volume outreach efforts (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in need of additional funding.
• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to support them with new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product solutions.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep precise and current lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in addressing challenges and completing tasks.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by passing on qualified leads for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or surpass quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and the capacity to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly process-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST).
• Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible starting the 1st of the month following 60 days.
