• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional capital.
• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to support their new financing applications.
• Assess client needs and align them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep precise and current lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in solving problems and completing tasks.
• Work in collaboration with Senior Sales Representatives by referring qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, capable of quickly establishing rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly process-focused with robust organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 6:00am-3:00pm Mon-Fri (PST).
• Eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
