This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers in search of additional funding.
• Engage through phone, email, and text to support past clients with new financing applications.
• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product offerings.
• Reconnect with previous customers to gather insights on their experiences and encourage repeat business.
• Keep lead statuses accurate and current within the CRM system.
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in resolving issues and completing tasks.
• Work alongside Senior Sales Representatives by passing on qualified prospects for finalization.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a documented history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong ability to build relationships and quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on processes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Paid Training - typically lasting 1 week from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST).
• Benefit eligibility starts on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
