This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers seeking additional funding
• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to assist with new financing applications
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings
• Reconnect with previous customers to gather insights on their experiences and drive repeat business
• Ensure accurate and current lead statuses are maintained within the CRM system
• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in resolving issues and completing tasks
• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by forwarding qualified prospects for closure
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quotas
• Strong skills in relationship-building with the capability to quickly establish rapport with business owners
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Paid Training - typically lasts 1 week from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)
• Employment Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days
