• Perform extensive outreach efforts (120–200 calls daily) to former clients in search of additional funding.
• Utilize phone, email, and text communications to assist past customers with new financing applications.
• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product options.
• Reconnect with previous clients to gain insights into their experiences and foster repeat business.
• Keep precise and current lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Exhibit ingenuity and resourcefulness in solving problems and completing tasks.
• Work in conjunction with Senior Sales Representatives by referring qualified prospects for closure.
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly connect with business owners.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on process-oriented tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Paid Training - typically one week in duration from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST).
• Employment Status - Full Time 40 hours, eligible for benefits the 1st of the month after 60 days.
