Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform high-volume outreach (120–200 calls daily) to former customers seeking additional funding.

• Interact through phone, email, and text to assist previous clients with new financing applications.

• Assess client needs and align them with suitable product offerings.

• Reconnect with past customers to gauge their experiences and foster repeat business.

• Keep accurate and current lead statuses in the CRM system.

• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and completing tasks.

• Work collaboratively with Senior Sales Representatives by handing off qualified prospects for closing.

• Engage directly with business owners to introduce them to the company's financial products.

• Collect necessary documentation and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to finalize.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quotas.

• Strong skills in relationship-building with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
