Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Deliver clear, persuasive, and articulate presentations of Veriforce’s business value to potential clients.

• Address customer concerns, respond to inquiries, and secure business commitments.

• Employ probing questions and exhibit exceptional listening abilities.

• Collaborate with Inside Sales team members and internal stakeholders to grasp products, benefits, and upcoming enhancements.

• Acquire knowledge of various technology tools to enhance win rates.

• Generate new sales leads through follow-ups on inbound inquiries and initiating outbound calls and emails.

• Finalize sales and consistently meet quotas.

• Maintain and grow the database of prospects and opportunities.

• Develop the sales pipeline.

• Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships.

• Keep accurate and current data in Salesforce.

• Effectively prioritize and manage time and tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• High School diploma.

• 1–2 years of B2B inside sales experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

• Consistent history of delivering exceptional customer service.

• Familiarity with sales telephony systems and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Strong sense of urgency and persistence.

• Highly positive attitude with a focus on finding solutions and achieving success.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and results-driven mindset.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them effectively.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.
