Inside Sales Associate, Insurance Tech Startup

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service while identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal increases.

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.

• Assist policyholders with modifications to their policies.

• Familiarize yourself with the insurance product offerings and the Jerry.ai application.

• Resolve issues to eliminate obstacles between customers and suitable coverage options.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer product insights and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.

• Assess the sales or service route during the interview process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Must possess a genuinely friendly and positive demeanor.

• Eagerness to collaborate as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic is essential.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities are required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Applicants must reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada for this hourly position.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required for U.S. employment.

• A valid P&C license status should be included in the application; however, the license is not mandatory as Jerry.ai covers the costs for obtaining one.
