Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform high-volume outreach by making 120–200 calls daily to former customers in search of additional funding.

• Engage through phone, email, and text to support previous clients with new financing applications.

• Assess client requirements and match them with suitable product offerings.

• Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experience and foster repeat business.

• Ensure accurate and current lead statuses are maintained within the CRM system.

• Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving and completing tasks.

• Work in conjunction with Senior Sales Representatives by passing along qualified prospects for closure.

• Directly reach out to business owners and present the company’s financial products to them.

• Collect necessary documentation and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to finalize.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.

• Strong skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized with a strong focus on processes.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
