Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute a high-volume outreach program consisting of 120–200 calls daily to previous customers in search of additional funding.

• Engage with former clients through phone, email, and text to aid them in new financing applications.

• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product options.

• Reconnect with past customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.

• Keep precise and current lead statuses within the CRM system.

• Show ingenuity and resourcefulness in problem-solving and task execution.

• Work in partnership with Senior Sales Representatives by passing along qualified leads for closing.

• Directly engage with business owners to present the company’s financial products.

• Collect necessary documentation and prepare qualified leads for Senior Sales Representatives to finalize deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience demonstrating a successful history of meeting or surpassing targets.

• Strong skills in relationship-building, with an ability to quickly form connections with business owners.

• Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized and process-oriented.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• Availability for full-time work, totaling 40 hours per week.

• Capability to work from 6:00am to 3:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
