Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform a high-volume outreach of 120–200 calls daily to former customers in search of additional financing.

• Engage through phone, email, and text to support past clients with their new financing applications.

• Assess client needs and match them with suitable product solutions.

• Reconnect with previous customers to gather feedback on their experiences and drive repeat business.

• Keep accurate and current lead statuses in the CRM system.

• Exhibit resourcefulness and innovative thinking in problem-solving and completing tasks.

• Work together with Senior Sales Representatives by passing on qualified prospects for closing.

• Directly connect with business owners to introduce them to the company’s financial solutions.

• Comprehend clients’ immediate capital requirements, collect necessary documentation, and prepare qualified opportunities for closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing quotas.

• Strong skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Highly process-oriented with robust organizational capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm MST, Monday through Friday.
