This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in generating and identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach to regional custodial partners.
• Establish new partner relationships within the region.
• Function as a member of the rapid response team for custodial referrals.
• Provide remote sales and follow-up support.
• Effectively communicate with external partners by asking relevant questions and accurately conveying information about Wealth Enhancement Group's services and value proposition.
• Acknowledge incoming referrals with internal processors for prompt action.
• Initiate contact with referring external partners in a timely manner.
• Assist in processing leads within company systems for RVP and Advisor access.
• Schedule initial client meetings and collect necessary case information for RVP.
• Manage pre-introduction communications and scheduling.
• Handle post-introduction communications and data collection.
• Coordinate plan proposals and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Oversee presentations and the onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to manage the new business pipeline.
• Work with central support teams on sales-related activities.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned or requested.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) is strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of RIA and custodial platforms as well as investment products.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Capability to train and mentor others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• Must maintain good compliance standing with all rules, regulations, and policies.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively utilize AI tools and technologies in daily tasks.
• Understanding of how to craft effective prompts, assess AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness, and integrate AI tools to enhance productivity while upholding quality standards.
• Willingness to learn new AI applications and comprehend their appropriate use cases and limitations.
• Ongoing learning and adaptation to new AI tools and methodologies are expected.
• Candidates must reside in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
