Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute a high-volume outreach program, making 120–200 calls daily to previous customers in search of additional funding.

• Utilize phone, email, and text communication to assist former clients with their new financing applications.

• Assess client requirements and connect them with suitable product solutions.

• Re-engage with past customers to gather feedback on their experiences and foster repeat business.

• Keep precise and current lead statuses in the CRM system.

• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in resolving issues and completing tasks.

• Work alongside Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified leads for closure.

• Directly engage with business owners to present the company’s financial products.

• Comprehend clients’ current funding needs, collect necessary documentation, and prepare qualified opportunities for closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quotas.

• Strong skills in relationship-building with the capacity to quickly establish rapport with business owners.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized and process-oriented.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Must reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
