Junior Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute a high-volume outreach initiative by making 120–200 calls daily to former customers in search of additional funding.

• Engage with past clients through phone, email, and text to assist them with new financing applications.

• Assess client needs and match them with suitable financial product offerings.

• Reconnect with previous customers to gather feedback on their experiences and encourage repeat business.

• Ensure accurate and current lead statuses are maintained within the CRM system.

• Exhibit resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and completing tasks.

• Partner with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified leads for closure.

• Directly engage with business owners and present them with the company’s financial products.

• Collect necessary documentation and prepare qualified leads for Senior Sales Representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or surpass quotas.

• Strong skills in building relationships, with the capability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Highly organized and process-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST.
