This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Customer Support via Service Now: Address support tickets and adhere to the service level agreements set by the client.
• Interface Between Client and Provider: Manage requests for activation and cancellation of service queues, ownership modifications, international roaming activations, device requests and transfers, physical inventory management, portability requests, and adjustments to data plans.
• Inventory Control: Supervise lines and SIM cards, physical devices, and oversee device maintenance.
• Clarifying Inquiries: Assist users with report extraction and system utilization, as well as resolve questions related to services and invoices.
• Payment Management: Manage every phase of the payment cycle, from invoice availability to payment confirmation, which includes processing extension requests and entering invoices into the client's ERP system.
• Monitoring Payment Flow: Monitor the invoice approval process and alert relevant parties in cases of delays or non-payment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in managing and processing payments.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer support, providing efficient and high-quality assistance.
• Professional knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, control, and reporting purposes.
• Experience with ticket management systems to ensure prompt and effective responses.
• Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to enhance process and payment management.
