Junior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the Professional Services team by delivering outstanding customer service and support.

• Implement project executions effectively.

• Assess, analyze, and evaluate customer business needs and solution goals.

• Integrate AI into daily operations.

• Participate in ongoing decisions made by the implementation team and contribute to internal projects.

• Document detailed procedures necessary for developing or modifying applications.

• Lead activities specific to implementations and host meetings with both new and existing clients.

• Record issues and case details in both customer-facing and internal issue tracking systems.

• Collaborate with fellow Professional Services team members to address customer requirements.

• Communicate with internal Product Development team members regarding technical support needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Familiarity with AI technologies.

• Technical proficiency and a capacity for quickly learning new software applications.

• Experience with PLM/PDM products.

• Background in an agile software development environment, utilizing JIRA and documenting user stories.

• Strong analytical skills and a solid technical foundation.

• Exceptional problem-solving, research, technical, and leadership abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple projects, conflicting deadlines, and shifting priorities effectively and efficiently.

• Highly organized and able to perform well under pressure.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively under supervision.

• Willingness to take on responsibility, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness.

• Appreciation for working in a team-oriented setting.
