This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Analyze and document current processes within Marketing, Sales, and Service.
• Design and implement enhanced CRM processes using HubSpot.
• Configure workflows, automations, and custom objects effectively.
• Develop and provide training sessions on HubSpot.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of CRM frameworks.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients to continually optimize their systems.
• Initial experience in a HubSpot role (admin, consultant, or implementation).
• Preferably experience in B2B Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and data structures.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2) language skills.
