This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of Workday and various HR systems.
• Act as a technical liaison for HR functional departments.
• Diagnose HR system and data issues, determining their root causes.
• Conduct audits on datasets, establish validation rules, and ensure the integrity of HR data.
• Advocate for data standardization and suggest best practices.
• Provide support and occasionally lead the implementation and integration of HR systems.
• Adjust system configurations, business rules, and workflows as needed.
• Execute queries and assess data flows for potential process enhancements.
• Create Workday processes and associated forms.
• Manage system setup, security protocols, business processes, and workflows.
• Supervise the development and functionality of Core, Talent Management, and Onboarding modules.
• Create user instructions, guidelines, and documentation.
• Educate clients and new system users on processes and functionalities.
• Collaborate with external parties and stakeholders while managing HR projects.
• Support the development of standard reports.
• Address customer concerns with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience with Workday is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years as a functional HRIS analyst with a strong analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience on the Workday platform.
• Project management experience is preferable.
• Experience in systems implementation is desirable.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of standard HR principles.
• Capability to troubleshoot HR systems and conduct data analysis.
• Ability to document information accurately and appropriately.
• Capable of working effectively in a team environment, both in-person and remotely, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required.
