Junior HR People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Manage daily HR operations, providing guidance to managers and operations teams

• Oversee the onboarding, integration, development, and offboarding of contractors

• Ensure contractor records are accurate and up-to-date

• Conduct individual meetings with contractors upon request to discuss their growth and address any concerns

• Engage in performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and support

• Assist in organizing team-building events to promote engagement

• Support managers and team leaders in resolving personnel management issues

• Collaborate closely with operations teams throughout the entire contractor lifecycle

• Contribute to the enhancement of HR processes and contractor benefits

• Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, People Partnership, or a related field

• Knowledge of HR principles and contractor lifecycle management

• Understanding of team dynamics and the ability to encourage collaboration

• Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and stakeholder management

• Emotional resilience and adaptability in challenging circumstances

• Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Capability to present information clearly and effectively

• Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in staying updated with HR and IT trends

• Proficient in G Suite, Spreadsheets, and Surveys

• Intermediate+ level of English proficiency

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach (desirable)

• Familiarity with the IT industry, including common roles and processes (desirable)

• Knowledge of HR software and tools (desirable)
